We have been engaged by an individual that having transacted a large acquisition within the Cyber Security has now started another venture and has significant funding along with customer base to expand operations across the entire DacH region. They are HQ'd in Vienna and are looking for a Head of Offensive Security to help expand all of their Offensive capabilities across Penetration Testing and Red Teaming.

They are looking for an individual that has a solid track record in leading small to medium sized Offensive Cyber teams that is looking to scale a team with significant backing from ownership. Ideally you will have come from a hands on background and either have the experience of leading a team but if not have the ambition to lead and build a team. You will be responsible for creation and execution of the strategy and be focused on scaling a successful operation.

As part of the package share options are available, the ownership of the business are looking for talent that has a long term ambition and that wants to be part of something.
