Vice President of Customer Success - Application Security Vendor
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Customer Success to lead our customer success team at an Application Security Vendor. As the VP of Customer Success, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving customer adoption, and maximizing revenue growth through customer retention and upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Build and lead a world-class customer success organization that is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth
Develop and implement customer success strategies and programs that align with our business goals and objectives
Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify customer needs and opportunities to expand our business
Define and measure key customer success metrics such as customer satisfaction, churn, and lifetime value
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure their success and drive customer advocacy
Establish and maintain processes for onboarding, adoption, and retention of customers
Develop and implement best practices for customer success, including training, documentation, and support processes
Provide leadership and guidance to the customer success team to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives
Act as a thought leader in the industry by speaking at conferences and events, writing blog posts and white papers, and participating in industry associations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
8+ years of experience in customer success or a related field in the software industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Experience in the application security industry or a related field
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Proven ability to drive revenue growth through customer retention and upsell opportunities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute customer success strategies and programs
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
