eDiscovery Project Manager (German Speaking)

We are working with a leading law firm in Germany that prides itself on delivering excellent legal services to our clients. Our firm is known for its exceptional legal representation, and we are looking for an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join our team and help us provide even better services to our clients.

Job Description:

As our eDiscovery Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing eDiscovery projects for our clients. You will work closely with our legal teams and clients to develop and execute eDiscovery strategies and manage the eDiscovery process from data collection to document review. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' eDiscovery needs are met with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our legal teams and clients to understand their eDiscovery needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate and oversee all phases of the eDiscovery project, including data collection, processing, analysis, and review
• Work closely with vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and security
• Manage project documentation and reporting, including status updates and final project reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information management, legal studies)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery project management
• Strong knowledge of eDiscovery principles, practices, and tools
• Experience working with Relativity is required
• Familiarity with Brainspace is desired
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Germany's legal system and regulations is a plus
