We have been engaged by a globally recognised brand that are looking to appoint a CISO to be based in Germany. You will be responsible for an agile multi-disciple environment that covers a range of topics such as Blue Teaming, Red Teaming, Threat, Cloud Security, DevSecOps, GRC and BISO operations with a current headcount of 40 and plans to hire an additional 15 this year alone.

You will be responsible for the creation and execution of both the local and global Cyber Security strategy covering the environments mentioned above. A team structure already exists and you will be directly leading a team of 5 Heads of, who in turn leading the remaining of 35 Cyber Professionals.

My client are seeking someone with a global remit background and that has a proven track record of leading a multi-discipline environment. They are not seeking a technical guru in one of these areas but a technical understanding of 2 or more of these environments would certainly be appealing.

Remote opportunity within Germany with very little travel, only for internal workshops and non customer facing role.
